Using Stitching on your layouts

It’s fun to add a bit of stitching to your layouts.  For me, it’s a great way to subtly enhance a super simple page.

Stitching_Blog_HopHere’s a simple layout with zig zag stitching at the top and bottom.  I’ve added a little of a shadow to both to give dimension.  I also played around with my software’s 3-D settings on the top one, but I’m unsure I can tell the difference.  What do you think?
